100% plant-based 'Beef' in a plant-based oyster sauce, served with onions, green and red peppers, carrot, cauliflower, leeks and cabbage. It contains soy and sesame oil.
Soy-based beef (ready-to-cook)
Black bean sauce (gluten-free)
Onions, green pepper, red pepper, and red chilli. (organic/non-organic)
Sauce: garlic, mushroom sauce, and cooking wine;
Veggies: onions, green and red peppers, carrots, cauliflower, leeks and cabbage;
Rinse the veggies under cold running water, then add 30g of cooking oil to your pan and stir-fry the vegetables over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes.
Add soy-based beef to the pan and continue stir-frying for another minute until the veggies are crisp-tender.
Turn the heat to medium-low, add the sauce to the pan, stirring to combine for 30 seconds. Then place the meal into a serving plate and enjoy!
